Yamamoto® Nutrition PhosphaPRO® is a dietary supplement that provides 100 mg per daily dose of phosphatidylserine, a natural phospholipid component of cell membranes. Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid contained in the structure of the cell membrane. Like other phospholipids, phosphatidylserine can be synthesized by our body. Phosphatidylserine is much more abundant in the brain than in any other part of the body, especially in the cell membranes of neurons. At this level, phosphatidylserine maintains the optimal cell permeability necessary for the entry of nutrients and the relative expulsion of waste materials.
