Placing your first order is really easy. Just follow these steps:
(1) Choose the “Stores” or “Groceries” category. (2) Enter your delivery Postcode. (3) Choose a Store. (4) Add products to your cart. (5) Select your delivery address. (6) Add a card and proceed to checkout.
Follow the steps required for each option and once you’re finished, a fetcher will accept your order and deliver it as soon as possible.
The price of our service depends on the agreement we have with each store and it can range between €3 (normal stores) and €5 (groceries).
If you’re ordering from one of the stores available on the app, you can see the delivery fee beforehand. So before you confirm the order, you’ll know the total cost of the service.
Currently Fetch is operating in Nicosia and Limassol. Soon it will expand in other cities.
Fetch is an on-demand service. We try to deliver your order as soon as possible so there is no need to schedule an order.
Our couriers use motorcycles or cars. We always coordinate with the store before sending a courier to make sure that we can deliver your order without any issues.
Any returns or complaints about products should be made directly to the Store, but of course, our Support Team is here to help you with anything you need.
Once you log in the Fetch app, you can choose between “Stores” or “Groceries” and browse through the list of Stores working with Fetch. Once you tap on a Store you will be able to browse or search for products.
Orders cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel the order contact our Support Team at 77 77 55 05. You can then place a new order.
In that case, the store will get back to you with a solution, either by changing the product or by refund.
As long as you have an assigned courier, you can follow your order in real time and communicate with the courier if you have any questions. If you don't have an assigned courier, your order remains in the system pending allocation. You can also see details for each store before checkout. If the order is placed while the store is closed, the order will be delivered the next business day. The store will contact the customer before delivering to make sure that they can receive the delivery.

Our payment system through the app is completely safe. To further ensure your security, we avoid storing any banking data. For extra security all transactions require a OTP from your bank.

You can cancel orders but cancellation fees may apply.
You can cancel an order free of charge, up until a courier accepts your request. However, if you cancel after a courier has been assigned to your order, you'll be charged the total cost of the basic delivery service.
