Triangle Spreading knife Spirit

The spreading knife Spirit 10 cm comes from the catering industry and has a wide, very flexible blade. It is less suitable for cutting, but is used to spread spreads and butter quickly and evenly. The wide and elastic blade ensures that the butter adheres particularly well to the knife and that it spreads evenly. The spreading knife is made of hardened stainless steel with a Green Grip® handle. The Green Grip® used for handles of the Spirit series is a 98% bio-based plastic with 40% wood content.
