ARTICHOKE VIOLET DE PROVENCE 4

Late variety, especially resistant to cold, to harvest in May and June. Extremely robust perennial plant, with very large leaves. It produces large oval flower heads of purple color as well as side shoots that form new flower heads, smaller in size than the original. Harvest the flower heads before they ripen.
