Happy Color PRIMER is a transparent undercoating to be applied before normal varnishing to assure the perfect adhesion of any enamel spray onto difficult surfaces such as plastics,metallic alloys and metals in general, which otherwise would not be varnishable. Happy Color PRIMER dries to the touch in 15 minutes and dries thoroughly in 45 minutes.Useful for: plastic surfaces (ABS, methacrylate, polycarbonate, rigid PVC), for automobile bumpers, motorcycle casings, miniatures in general, for metallic and alloyed surfaces.How to use: thoroughly clean surfaces of grease, dust, water, etc. Shake can energetically for a minute upside-down. Spray at a distance of 20-30 cm. with a slow, constant movement and fine, crosswise coats.Wait at least an hour before proceeding with successive applications.Varnish removal: with Acetone and/or Nitre Diluent.Comes with a self-cleaning valve.
