Happy Color FLUORESCENT is the glossy enamel for interiors that makes surfaces bright and visiblefrom a distance, even in the absence of light. Indispensable for signposting and for shiny and attention-grabbing decorations on bicycles, mopeds, helmets, models, notices, and so on. Happy Color FLUORESCENT dries to the touch in 15 minutes and dries fully in 45 minutes. Can be used on: surfaces made of metal plastic, wood, glass, ceramic, terracotta, MDF, plasterwork, etc. Instructions: carefully clean surfaces of grease, dust, water, etc. The fluorescent effect is brought out by applying Happy Color FLUORESCENT on a white background; therefore, in the case, of a colored background, first apply Happy Color ACRYLIC Bianco Opaco.Shake well for one minute with the spray can upside-down. Spray at a distance of 20/30 cm. with slow and constant horizontal movements; after approximately one minute, go over with vertical movements. To avoid dripping, it is preferable to spray on in thin layers. Removal: with acetone or nitro thinner. Comes with a self-cleaning valve.
