The fine JUWEL filter foam is primarily used for the biological filtration of your aquarium and is therefore an essential component of the JUWEL filter system. The fine-pored structure provides an extremely large surface area and guarantees a slow and even flow. This makes this foam particularly suitable for filtration in an anaerobic environment.
