Flaminal Hydro 50G

Flaminal Hydro Gel is specially formulated to support the natural healing of slightly to moderately exuding acute and chronic wounds which have breached the dermis, including superficial and deep partial thickness burns, diabetic foot ulcers, infected wounds, leg ulcers, neonates and paediatrics, oncologic wounds, pressure ulcers, wounds from radiotherapy, skin tears, post-surgical wounds and traumatic wounds. The unique formulation offers versatile wound management, provides continuous debridement, keeps the wound moist and offers antimicrobial protection to speed up healing process: Debriding Gel: dissolves necrotic tissue and fibrinous slough and absorbs them from the wound bed Absorbent Alginate: absorbs excess exudate, enables autolytic debridement (cleaning of wound and absorption of bacteria) Antimicrobial Enzyme System: offers antimicrobial protection, and reduces bacteria released from a biofilms The easy to apply formula can be used for any wound shape and size and is suitable for all age groups. It is non-toxic to healthy skin cells and wound tissue and as there is no primary dressing to dispose of and there is no need for multiple products it is a highly sustainable solution to wound management. Flaminal Hydro Gel has a lower alginate content for slightly to moderately exuding wound. For moderately to highly exuding wounds use Flaminal Forte Gel which has a higher alginate content.
