“Biscotti Tsoungari” creates confectionery products following its family tradition since 1936, based on the triptych of its ideals: quality, tradition & variety. Since 2003, they are located at the privately-owned modern facilities in Thessaloniki & currently they have a product range of more than 100 items! Among them also the “COOLOORAKIS” range… It was one of those days you wish would never end. Mr Cooloorakis has discovered his favourite cookie recipe from his childhood. The cookies his mom used to hide high up in the closet so that he could not reach them. He lifted his sleeves & started kneading. With skilful movements, he mixed honey & flour in a big bowl & sesame seeds were thrown like rain on top of the fresh dough. When he filled the baking sheets, Mr Cooloorakis closed his eyes & travelled back in time. He was confident about the result.
