Malleolus de Valderramiro is the clearest representation of its terroir. It bears the name of the Pago from whose grapes it is made, a centenary vineyard. The history of Malleolus de Valderramiro began in 2000, but the vineyard from which it takes its name is much older, dating back to 1924. A historic vineyard whose unique feature is that four generations of a family with a long winemaking tradition are dedicated to preserving the essence and personality of this majuelo, which represents our history. Very deep garnet, expressive and ripe bouquet, with an outstanding intensity that shows notes of high quality fruit, and black fruits with a liquorice profile. Remarkable development in the glass, without loss of fruity intensity. It expresses resinous and lactic tertiary notes of great complexity, making for an aromatic expressiveness with an excellent balance between creaminess and finesse.
