Walnut oil is produced by cold pressing walnuts and subsequent fine filtration. It is rich in essential fatty acids, which play an important role in metabolism and cannot be synthesized in the body, but are imported through food. It contains a large amount of vitamins A and E.
Walnut oil has a light and pleasant taste. It is suitable for salad dressings, flavoring fish and steaks and as a topping for all types of pasta.
