Yogurt is one of the most important healthy components in the daily diet of both adults and children. It is included in a number of diets and is particularly suitable for problems with the breakdown of lactose and helps to eliminate the symptoms of lactose incompatibility. This problem most often occurs in children and elderly people. Lactic-acid products derived from "Bolgari" starter cultures contain probiotic bacteria that break down lactose, which makes them especially suitable for such people. Yogurt and especially homemade is a beloved traditional Bulgarian product. The special combination of bacteria in sourdough bolgari helps you to make at home yogurt with a superior taste, aroma and consistency, which are liked by children. Homemade yogurt is easily prepared either in a yogurt appliance (sold in stores) or in another pot.

Sour milk with dense and smooth coagulum, without granular structure, with glossy lobe, aroma – typical, lactic-sour, fine vein of sourness and soft aftertaste.



Contents of one sachet: not less than 108 living lyophilized cells of lactic acid bacteria, and Apostilles, isolated from environmentally friendly areas. It does not contain genetically modified ingredients, preservatives, colorants.



Directions: the contents of the package are added to 1 to 3 liters of pre-cooked and then cooled to +44оC of milk. Stir until it is completely dissolved, then pour into suitable vessels. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 42-44оC, for 5-6 hours, without stirring. After the time passes, the yogurt is cooled to 20оC (room temperature), then stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of +2 to +6оC. If you have an appliance for making yogurt read the manufacturer's instruction.



Dosage: one sachet can sour up to 3 liters of milk.



Special storage conditions: at temperature from +8оC to-6оC.
