The Essential Oil of Juniper comes from the steam distillation method of the seeds of the plant and has a fresh, balsamic, Woody and peppery aroma. Ιt is excellent in cold hands and feet, as well as in relieving muscle aches, stiffness and pains of arthritis and rheumatism.
