The herb Lovage has a tonic, general strengthening, gaseous and bile action. It can be used for urinary tract infections, kidney stones, inflammation of the bronchi and throat. The herb regulates the menstrual cycle and hormonal balance in women. Relieves joint pain and migraines. It favors the digestive system in case of gas, heartburn and indigestion.
Contraindications:
Do not use during pregnancy.
Method of use:
Pour 1 tea spoon of the herb with 250 ml of boiling water and cover for 10 minutes. Drink the tea slightly warm 3 times a day before meals.
